Job Summary
Shift Leader oversees restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring fast, friendly service, food safety, and adherence to brand standards. Responsibilities include supervising crew, training and coaching, enforcing safety and uniform standards, managing shift opening/closing, cash handling, inventory checks, and meeting service metrics. Requires 6 months to 1 year in restaurant or customer service, leadership experience preferred, and ability to work flexible hours;16+ years, high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience.
- Prior leadership or shift lead experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic cash handling and POS experience required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
