Job Summary
Shift Leader oversees restaurant operations during assigned shifts, leading team members to deliver fast, friendly service while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include training/coaching crew, enforcing uniform/grooming/safety standards, executing shift opening/closing, monitoring service metrics and cash handling, assisting with product preparation and line operations, ensuring proper staffing and deployment, and addressing customer issues with professionalism. Requires 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience, prior leadership or shift-lead experience preferred, and the ability to work flexible hours; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience
- Prior leadership or shift lead experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and POS experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work at nearby locations as needed
