Job Summary
Shift Leader at El Pollo Loco responsible for supervising team during assigned restaurant shifts, training and coaching crew, enforcing uniform and safety standards, overseeing shift opening/closing, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, managing cash handling and POS operations, and achieving service and labor goals while upholding brand standards.
Required Qualifications
