Job Summary
EL Service Assistant supports front-of-house and back-of-house operations to maintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready restaurant environment. Responsibilities include guest service support, dining room maintenance, sanitation and food safety compliance, stocking and operational support, and general cleaning duties. Key tasks involve greeting guests, assisting with dining room needs, maintaining cleanliness of dining areas and restrooms, monitoring supplies, following health regulations, using cleaning chemicals properly, assisting with deliveries and shift transitions, and supporting team members during busy periods. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are typical.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, janitorial, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
