EL Service Assistant

Service Assistant responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and guest-ready restaurant environment while supporting front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Tasks include dining room cleanliness, guest service support, stocking, sanitation, food safety, and restaurant appearance to meet El Pollo Loco brand standards; responsibilities span greeting guests, assisting with dining room needs, supporting team members during busy periods, maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, and entrances, following food safety procedures, stocking supplies, assisting with deliveries and shift transitions, and performing other duties as assigned.
