EL Service Assistant

Maintain a clean, safe, guest-ready restaurant environment and support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Assist with dining room cleanliness, guest service support, stocking, sanitation, food safety, and ensuring restaurant appearance aligns with El Pollo Loco brand standards. Key duties include greeting guests, assisting with dining room needs, delivering hospitality, maintaining cleanliness of dining areas and restrooms, stocking supplies, following food safety procedures, transporting supplies as needed, and supporting shift transitions and ongoing operations. Strong customer-service and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced team, and willingness to work flexible mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays are preferred.
