EL Service Assistant

Maintain a clean, safe dining room and guest-ready restaurant environment while supporting front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Assist with dining room cleanliness, guest service, stocking, sanitation, food safety, and restaurant appearance to meet El Pollo Loco brand standards. Key duties include greeting guests, assisting dining room needs, delivering hospitality, supporting team members during busy periods, communicating guest concerns to management, stocking and restocking supplies, cleaning and sanitizing tables and guest areas, maintaining restroom cleanliness, following food safety procedures, using cleaning chemicals properly, reporting hazards, transporting supplies, assisting with shift openings/closings, and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 75 lbs with team lift, and working in a fast-paced environment with variable schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
