Job Summary
The Service Assistant maintains a clean, safe, organized, and guest-ready restaurant environment while supporting front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Responsible for dining room cleanliness, guest service support, stocking, sanitation, food safety, and restaurant appearance to ensure an exceptional guest experience and adherence to El Pollo Loco brand standards. Key duties include greeting and assisting guests, maintaining dining room cleanliness, restocking supplies, following food safety procedures, assisting with deliveries and stocking, supporting shift transitions, and performing other duties as assigned in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, janitorial, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
