Job Summary
The Service Assistant maintains a clean, safe, organized, and guest-ready restaurant environment, supporting front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Responsibilities include guest service support, dining room and restaurant maintenance, food safety and sanitation, stocking and operational support, and overall adherence to El Pollo Loco brand standards. Key duties involve greeting guests, assisting with dining room needs and requests, keeping tables and guest areas clean, restocking supplies, following food safety procedures, transporting supplies, assisting with shift openings/closings, and maintaining a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with strong teamwork and communication.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, janitorial, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
