Job Summary
The EL Service Assistant is responsible for maintaining sanitation in the dining room and exterior of the restaurant, ensuring total guest satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly and courteously. Key responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, removing trash, stocking condiments, addressing guest inquiries, and assisting in training new staff. The role requires mobility and adherence to health regulations regarding food handling.
Required Qualifications
- Sufficient mobility to move or operate in work area
- Must meet government regulations pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, scrub, lift and wipe
- Ability to communicate with guests
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- Able to empty trash bags weighing up to 40 lbs
- Ability to observe and ensure product is prepared and presented to company standards
