Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, guest-ready dining environment and support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Assist with dining room cleanliness, guest service, stocking, sanitation, and food safety to ensure an exceptional guest experience and brand-standard adherence. Key duties include greeting guests, assisting with dining room needs, delivering hospitality, supporting team members during busy periods, communicating guest concerns to management, carrying trays and large orders when appropriate, cleaning and stocking dining areas, maintaining restroom cleanliness, monitoring sanitation supplies, following health regulations, reporting safety or sanitation issues to management, stocking front counter and service areas, assisting with receiving and storing deliveries, aiding shift openings/closings, and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires standing and moving throughout a fast-paced restaurant environment, flexible schedules (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays), and strong customer service and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, janitorial, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
