EL Service Assistant

Maintains a clean, safe, organized, and guest-ready restaurant environment while supporting front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Assists with dining room cleanliness, guest service support, stocking, sanitation, food safety, and restaurant appearance to ensure an exceptional guest experience and adherence to El Pollo Loco brand standards. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with dining room needs, delivering hospitality, maintaining cleanliness of dining room and guest areas, restocking supplies, following food safety procedures, reporting safety or sanitation concerns, assisting with shift transitions, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen/service teams as needed. Emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and maintaining a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Physical tasks include standing, walking, lifting, and carrying as part of daily duties, with flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
