The Service Assistant supports guest service and dining room operations, maintains cleanliness and organization of dining areas, handles stocking and sanitation tasks, follows food safety procedures, and assists with shift transitions and general restaurant upkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and guest-ready environment in accordance with El Pollo Loco brand standards.
Required Qualifications
