EL Service Assistant

Maintain a clean, safe, organized dining room and guest-ready restaurant environment while supporting front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Assist with dining room cleanliness, guest service support, stocking, sanitation, and food safety to ensure an exceptional guest experience and adherence to El Pollo Loco brand standards. Key duties include greeting guests, assisting with dining room needs, transporting supplies and trays, stocking front counter and beverage areas, cleaning and sanitizing tables and guest areas, monitoring restrooms, following health and safety regulations, and supporting shift transitions and general operations. Strong customer service, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment are required.
