Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and guest-ready restaurant environment while supporting front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Assist with dining room cleanliness, guest service support, stocking, sanitation, food safety, and restaurant appearance to ensure an exceptional guest experience and compliance with El Pollo Loco brand standards. Key duties include greeting guests, assisting with dining room needs, delivering hospitality, supporting busy periods, addressing guest concerns, transporting supplies, stocking front counters, maintaining cleanliness of dining room and guest areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures, reporting hazards, and assisting with shift transitions and general duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, janitorial, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
