Job Summary
Maintain clean, safe, organized dining room and guest-ready restaurant environment; support front-of-house and back-of-house operations; assist with dining room cleanliness, guest service, stocking, sanitation, food safety, and adherence to El Pollo Loco brand standards; perform cleaning and stocking tasks, assist with shift transitions, and help team members during busy periods to ensure a welcoming guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, janitorial, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
