Job Summary
Service Assistant is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and guest-ready restaurant environment while supporting front-of-house and back-of-house operations. The role assists with dining room cleanliness, guest service support, stocking, sanitation, food safety, and restaurant appearance to ensure an exceptional guest experience and compliance with El Pollo Loco brand standards. Key duties include greeting guests, assisting with dining room needs, delivering hospitality, maintaining cleanliness of dining and guest areas, restrooms, and entrances, following food safety and sanitation procedures, stocking supplies, transporting deliveries, assisting with shift transitions, and supporting kitchen and service teams. Required skills emphasize customer service, clear communication, ability to follow instructions, adaptability in a fast-paced team setting, and attentiveness to cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
