EL Service Assistant

EL Service Assistant helps maintain a clean, safe, organized, guest-ready restaurant environment and supports front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with dining room needs, delivering hospitality, maintaining dining room cleanliness and organization, stocking supplies, enforcing food safety and sanitation procedures, and assisting with shift transitions and daily opening/closing duties. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, adherence to brand standards, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and expectations emphasize guest service, sanitation, stock control, and collaboration with kitchen and service teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
