Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe dining environment and support front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Responsibilities include dining room cleanliness, guest service support, stocking, sanitation, food safety, and ensuring restaurant appearance aligns with El Pollo Loco brand standards. Duties encompass greeting guests, assisting with dining room needs, stocking supplies, cleaning tables and surfaces, maintaining restroom cleanliness, transporting supplies, assisting with shift openings/closings, complying with health and safety regulations, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, janitorial, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
