EL Service Assistant

Service Assistant for El Pollo Loco responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and guest-ready dining environment while supporting front-of-house and back-of-house operations. This role assists with dining room cleanliness, guest service support, stocking, sanitation, food safety, and restaurant appearance to ensure an exceptional guest experience and compliance with brand standards. Key duties include greeting guests, assisting with dining room needs, delivering hospitality, maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, and entrances, following food safety and sanitation procedures, stocking supplies, facilitating shift transitions, and supporting kitchen and service teams as needed. Requires strong customer service and communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
