EL Sales Support Specialist - Configuration and Quotation

Job Summary
EL Sales Support Specialist will support sales teams with quotation creation and management, preparing bids, estimations, and commercial offers based on customer specifications, requirements, or budget to achieve market competitiveness and sustainable margins. You will contribute to cross-functional collaboration across ABB units and customers within the Asia-Pacific region, and demonstrate data collection, analysis, and consolidation for proposals using Salesforce, Conga, Power BI, and other tools. You will create well-documented tenders with full and accurate costs, manage technical, financial, and project-management aspects of bids when required, and ensure timely inputs aligned with established quality procedures. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are needed to build stakeholder relationships across sales support and sales teams in APAC. The role is hybrid/remote, with opportunities to thrive, develop, and grow within ABB’s Electrification – Smart Power and Smart Buildings divisions in Asia-Pacific.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, customer service, and/or Electrical or Automation Engineering industry (optional shown as relevant)
- Proactive ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision
- English proficiency
- Current work rights in Philippines
