Job Summary
Distribution Center Associate performing inbound/outbound warehouse tasks (unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, packing) and ensuring accurate packing/shipping to meet customer expectations. Maintains safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and overtime standards; operates computerized scanning equipment and maintains a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and hazardous materials requirements. Role includes teamwork, adherence to processes, and willingness to perform additional duties as directed by leadership. Requires ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds, pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check; PIE operators may operate specified warehouse vehicles/equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 75 pounds
- Experience in warehouse, retail, or customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to work part-time hours (flexible Monday–Friday schedule)
- Possession or ability to obtain powered industrial equipment (PIE) operator skills (Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, etc.) if required for PIE role
