Prep Cook at El Pollo Loco: Prepare ingredients including marinating chicken, chopping produce, portioning proteins, and preparing salsas according to brand standards and recipes. Follow approved prep lists, label and rotate items per FIFO, assist with basic grill support, maintain clean prep areas, and ensure food safety and sanitation. Work collaboratively with cooks and shift leaders, follow management directions, and adapt to high-volume periods with flexibility in mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
