Follow approved recipes, prep lists, and portion controls; label, date, store, and rotate food items using FIFO; assist with basic cooking or grill support; maintain clean prep areas and equipment; monitor prep levels and communicate shortages or quality concerns. Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations; prevent cross-contamination; work collaboratively with kitchen staff; follow management directions; show dependability and professionalism in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
