Job Summary
Cashier positions with El Pollo Loco/WKS brand standards: accurately take orders at the front counter and drive-thru, process cash, credit, and mobile payments via POS, ensure order accuracy, maintain cleanliness across the front counter and dining areas, restock supplies, follow food safety and sanitation requirements, greet customers, handle special requests, and collaborate with team members to deliver a friendly, efficient guest experience while supporting opening/closing duties and adhering to company policies and attendance expectations.
Required Qualifications
- No prior experience required; High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic communication and customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and POS experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and willingness to assist at nearby locations as needed
