Job Summary
The Cashier will provide friendly, prompt customer service, accurately process orders and payments using the POS, and maintain cleanliness and safety across the front counter, dining room, and restrooms. Responsibilities include taking orders, verifying item accuracy, restocking supplies, assisting with opening/closing duties, handling cash and payments, balancing tills, answering menu questions, managing guest requests, and upholding brand standards and food-safety requirements while supporting team members in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Requires basic cash handling and POS familiarity, flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- No prior experience required; restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic cash handling and POS experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and willingness to assist at nearby locations as needed
