Job Summary
Cashier position providing excellent customer service by accurately processing orders and handling payments using the POS system, while maintaining cleanliness and ensuring food safety. Reports to Shift Leader/Assistant Manager/General Manager. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, verifying order accuracy, restocking supplies, performing opening/closing duties, following safety guidelines, and ensuring professional communication with customers and coworkers. Requires basic cash handling and POS experience (preferred but not required) and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; must meet state age requirements. No prior experience required; training provided to perform cashier duties within a fast-paced restaurant setting.
