Job Summary
Cashier role responsible for accurately processing orders and handling payments at the front counter. Provide friendly, prompt customer service, greet guests, answer menu questions, and ensure accuracy of orders. Maintain cleanliness of front counter, dining area, and restrooms; restock supplies as needed; assist with opening/closing duties. Use POS system for cash, credit, and mobile payments; balance tills at shift start/end. Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines; uphold brand standards and provide a positive guest experience through effective communication and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum age requirements as defined by state law
- No prior experience required; restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Basic cash handling and POS experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
