EL Assistant Manager

Job Summary
Oversee and support daily restaurant operations in North Hills, CA, acting as person in charge when the General Manager is not present. Lead shift-level coaching, onboarding, and development of team members; ensure high levels of customer service, food safety, and compliance with company standards. Manage staffing, inventory, product preparation, safety protocols, and financial targets, while addressing customer issues and maintaining a positive work environment. Requires supervisory experience, ServSafe certification, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work flexible hours across shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience required
- ServSafe certification required (or must obtain within required timeframe)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, smart safe operation, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work at nearby locations as needed
