Job Summary
Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring shifts run efficiently and safely, and assists in hiring, onboarding, training, motivating, and developing team members. Responsible for coaching, performance feedback, adherence to standards, inventory management, food safety compliance, and achieving financial and operational targets; acts as person in charge when the General Manager is not present. This role emphasizes customer service, safety, and leadership across shift operations, with duties spanning opening/closing procedures, equipment checks, cost monitoring, and resolving customer issues while maintaining a positive work environment.
