Job Summary
Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring shifts run efficiently and safely, assists in hiring, onboarding, training, and developing team members, coaches at shift level, enforces food safety and compliance standards, monitors service times and customer experience, manages inventory and cost controls, and acts as person in charge when the General Manager is not present.
