Job Summary
Identify and develop new business opportunities across global pharmaceutical and API markets by building strategic partnerships with biotechnology companies. Lead business discussions and negotiations worldwide while initiating licensing, co-development, and technology collaboration projects. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to leverage data and customer insights for assessing growth opportunities. Provide business recommendations to support portfolio expansion and API growth strategies. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in business development or commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry, with fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Marketing, Market Intelligence, or commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of the global pharmaceutical industry and/or API market
- Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships and conducting business negotiations
- Experience in identifying market trends, analyzing competitive landscapes, and translating insights into actionable business recommendations
- Ability to evaluate markets, customers, and emerging business opportunities
- Experience using market data, CRM systems, AI tools, and market intelligence resources to support business decisions
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect market signals, customer needs, and technology trends to future growth opportunities
- Strategic mindset, independence, and results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
