Job Summary
Lead the eKidz ministry at Riverwalk Campus by executing worship experiences, overseeing volunteer teams for Host Services, Babies, Preschool, Elementary, and dedications, and integrating children into all church aspects. Implement standard operating systems for cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability while ensuring excellence in every function. Manage the Monday-Thursday office schedule (8:30AM-5PM) and Sunday worship support, adapting quickly to weekend needs within a fast-paced, creative environment. Maintain disciplined spiritual practices through daily Bible study, prayer, and meditation on weekly sermons.

- Passion for NextGen/Family Ministry
- High-level networking/relational strengths
- Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills
