Analyze insurance policy information and market data to create reports, presentations, and comparative market analyses for clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client service, particularly for HR areas, ensuring clear and timely communication. Manage the full cycle of renewals and new business by coordinating deliverables with operational, issuance, and collections teams. Track renewal and new contract collections while gathering local documentation and signatures. Maintain information in the benefits management system and lead English presentations for employees and clients. Requires 2-3 years of experience in analysis within insurance, intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills, and advanced conversational English. Based in Ciudad de Mexico with a hybrid schedule requiring three days onsite per week.
