Utilizing sales techniques to recommend AT&T products and services, including telephone, hotspots, DIRECTV, and business systems, while providing customer service and billing support. Solve account issues by uncovering needs through discovery questions, empathy statements, and restating understanding to find personalized solutions like plan changes or upgrades. Build rapport to enhance the buying experience and ensure complete resolution using available resources. Requires advanced English fluency, Microsoft Office proficiency, and one year of sales experience. Operates 06:00 am to 09:15 pm CST, Monday to Friday, with a base salary of MXN $22,133 and monthly bonuses. AT&T helps families and businesses thrive through connections, from 5G to fiber networks.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced English Fluency
- Experience using a personal computer
- Experience using Microsoft Office products
- 1 year of sales experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week
- Availability to work 06:00 am to 09:15 pm CST, Monday to Friday
