Supervise warehouse operations including inbound, operational processes, and outbound logistics while managing inventory, productivity, compliance, and service levels. Lead a team of 30 to 40 personnel and coordinate operational planning based on client requirements. Monitor performance indicators and processes within SAP, WMS, and Excel systems. Serve as the direct liaison with clients to ensure attention, problem resolution, and continuous improvement. Report weekly results to management and collaborate with internal departments such as systems, maintenance, procurement, and HR. This role requires 3 years of experience in CEDIS logistics operations, knowledge of the supply chain, and familiarity with WMS systems and TIF regulations.
