Job Summary
Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader responsible for driving total store sales across Apparel & Accessories, Beauty and Electronics by leading a high-performing team, delivering guest-first service, and executing merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies. Key duties include creating schedules aligned to guest traffic, managing merchandising workload and backroom processes, assessing competition and applying guest insights to business goals, ensuring guest experiences across departments meet targets, leading staff recruitment, coaching, onboarding, development, and performance management, maintaining visual moments and stock availability, and upholding store standards and safety with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
