Job Summary
Senior EIT Operations role focused on 2nd line ticket ownership within Just Eat Takeaway.com's Enterprise IT Operations. Drive leadership, mentoring, and hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting while advancing automation, audit readiness, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end 2nd line tickets (triage, diagnosis, resolution, stakeholder communication), desk-side and remote support for devices and productivity blockers, resolving incidents across Okta/SSO, Zscaler/VPN, Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), and Slack, fulfilling access requests with least-privilege documentation, managing starters/leavers, device lifecycle and license hygiene, leveraging AI for process improvement, implementing automation/orchestration (e.g., Intune/JAMF/Google Admin), contributing to incident/problem/change processes, refining playbooks and knowledge articles, and uplifting 1st line to improve first-time-fix. The team emphasizes high service levels, performance, and a customer-focused end-user experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading on tasks, projects or people
- End user support experience at an exceptional standard
- An understanding of end user toolset solutions and processes
- Exceptional technical skills in Windows 11, macOS, Chrome OS, Google Apps, Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), Slack
- Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Intune, JAMF Proactive interest in technological development
- Ability to identify process improvements and implement changes
- Experience providing Audio/Visual support (desirable)
