Job Summary
Conduct home-based early intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities across Northern San Diego County, including Fallbrook, San Marcos, Escondido, and surrounding areas. Implement personalized, family-focused treatment programs using a Routines-Based Parent Coaching Model, with caseloads mixing in-person home visits and virtual sessions as needed. Maintain bilingual fluency in Spanish (and optionally Mandarin or Cantonese) while driving clients within a 30-mile radius. Ensure all home visits align with client/family preferences and specific developmental milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required (Child Development, Psychology, or related field)
- Solid knowledge of basic stages of Infant / Toddler Child Development
- Minimum of 1-year experience working with children 0-5 years
- Hold a valid Driver's License
- Have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various home-based sites throughout the day (within 30 mile radius)
- Maintain current Vehicle Insurance & Registration
- Maintain current CPR Certification (Infant, Child & Adult)
- Have current TB
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Children with Special Needs is preferred
- Ability to speak and read fluently in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin is desired
