Conduct telephone and written communication on behalf of clients, identify potential business contacts, and qualify leads for outside sales teams. Schedule appointments for sales staff and assist with route and visit planning. Maintain and update customer, market, and project data within CRM systems and Excel lists while researching relevant information. Engage in structured processes aligned with sales targets and collaborate closely with outside sales representatives. Contribute actively to optimizing internal processes and workflows.
