Job Summary
Conduct independent customer management, oversee personnel recruitment and planning, and execute quality control to ensure standard compliance. Draft and maintain service and work instructions while serving as the primary contact for clients and operational staff. Apply economic thinking and strong communication skills to manage relationships within an established security services team. Required Qualifications
- Fachliche Qualifikation (mindestens IHK-geprüfte WSFK oder GSSK, gerne auch Servicekraft oder Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit)
- Berufserfahrung in der Dienstleistungsbranche und vertraut mit den einschlägigen Vorgaben und Regularien
- selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- wirtschaftliche Denkweise
- gute EDV Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- hohes Engagement, Flexibilität, Ehrgeiz und Kreativität
- ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungskraft
