Job Summary
Manage procurement and sourcing for over 400 raw materials and packaging items, ensuring timely availability at competitive prices and required quality. Execute strategic and operational purchasing planning based on demand forecasts, overseeing the full procurement process from ordering through delivery monitoring and transport coordination. Lead negotiations for price, contract, and condition terms with national and international suppliers while continuously evaluating vendor performance on quality, cost, and reliability. Optimize international transport and supply chains, handle import administration and customs compliance for Swiss imports, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate closely with production, quality management, and product development teams to drive process digitalization and ERP data maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Aus- oder Weiterbildung in einem relevanten Bereich, beispielsweise Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Einkauf
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen und operativen Einkauf, idealerweise in einem internationalen Beschaffungsumfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im internationalen Handel, Importmanagement und in der Schweizer Zollabwicklung
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Preisverhandlungen und im Lieferantenmanagement
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches und unternehmerisches Denkvermögen
- Hohe IT-Affinität und Freude daran, Prozesse zu digitalisieren, zu automatisieren und effizienter zu gestalten
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Microsoft Office
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Präzise, effiziente und adressatengerechte Kommunikation
- Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägte Entscheidungs- und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Lösungsorientierte Denkweise und die Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und den Einkauf nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln
