Job Summary
Conduct material, raw material, and purchase part disposition and procurement while monitoring delivery dates, stock levels, and requirements. Maintain and optimize article and supplier data within the ERP system through close collaboration with production, warehouse, and suppliers. Support process optimization initiatives in purchasing. Requires a completed commercial training or equivalent qualification, strong ERP skills, and proficiency with M365 tools including Excel and Teams. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Gute ERP-Kenntnisse (Pflege, Auswertung, Disposition)
- Sicherer Umgang mit M365, insbesondere Excel, Teams, etc.
- Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Austausch mit internen und externen Partnern
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
