Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction and services in the Berlin area, focusing on apartment renovation, maintenance, and technical plant services. Manage the regional service provider network through acquisition, qualification, and auditing, while conducting market analyses to plan capacity and deployment. Lead end-to-end negotiations for individual projects and framework contracts, preparing tender recommendations and price benchmarks for management review. Optimize costs and manage risks by analyzing market trends and preparing key performance indicators. Travel to client sites and service providers one to two days per week for direct contact.
