Job Summary
Conduct cable set installations into vehicles and perform quality checks against checklists during production and assembly line operations. Document emerging quality defects, capture and forward customer inquiries internally, and handle claims via the 8D process. Execute sorting and testing actions at the customer site and complete necessary rework tasks. Requires technical training or equivalent experience with automotive industry quality management background, strong communication skills in English and German, and willingness for 50% travel and shift work. Required Qualifications
- Technische Ausbildung oder Kenntnisse, die durch eine gleichwertige Ausbildung und / oder Praxis erworben wurden
- Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement der Automobilindustrie
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, auch im interkulturellen Umfeld
- Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft (50%)
- Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
