Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Masteranes degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college/university
- Current licensure or intern status, in good standing, as a therapist in the State of California
- A valid California driverase license and 100/300 car insurance
- Maintain licensure with the State Board (BBS) and associate/trainee requirements
- Provide Individual Services, Therapy, Group Therapy, and classes as assigned according to Clinical Soundness and Best Practices guidelines
- Maintain complete and current clinical records and ensure timely entry into EHR
- Adhere to codes of conduct and ethics as required by BBS and organizational policies
- Flexible schedule with ability to offer In-Person services during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Participate in On-Call schedule and crisis response as needed
- Attend required trainings and meet program productivity targets
- Maintain client lists and ensure plans of care are followed
- Document in EHR for no-shows and follow-up
- Engage in chart monitoring/review and provide requested statistical information
- Address plan of improvement from County/LSSSC within deadlines
- Communicate with supervisor and management regarding client care and documentation
