Job Summary
As a Junior Valuer, you will play a versatile role with significant autonomy and responsibility, being accountable for developing financial models and preparing reports for large-scale commercial real estate properties in the Netherlands. You will contribute to knowledge retention within the team while actively mentoring junior advisors. In addition to executing valuation assignments, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new projects, leveraging internal expertise for market analysis and reporting. Candidates should have a strong analytical mindset, customer focus, and effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Register Taxateur (RT) certification, preferably with GZ and/or RICS annotation
- 3 to 8 years relevant work experience at a full-service or boutique advisor
- Valid Dutch driver's license B
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
