Job Summary
Hands-on EIC Intern role supporting commercial real estate operations by building and managing a property/client database and executing digital marketing initiatives (email and text campaigns). The intern will build, populate, and maintain a structured database, organize and manage property/client/prospect data, support development and execution of email/text marketing campaigns, gather information and analyze data to provide insights, assist teams with daily tasks, track project timelines, and generate regular reports. Ideal candidate has a foundation in computer science or data management and an interest in applying those skills within the commercial real estate industry. Internship is located in East Rutherford, NJ, with compensation at $23/hour and US work authorization required. Permanent relocation/housing not offered.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree with coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field — or a Business/Real Estate degree with demonstrated interest in data and technology
- Experience with database tools, spreadsheets (Excel), or data management platforms preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, or digital marketing concepts is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- Anticipated graduation date: Spring 2026 – Spring 2028
- Permanent US work authorization required
