Coordinate stakeholder meetings, conduct primary research, and prepare structured questionnaires to capture insights into workplace strategies. Translate findings into pitch materials and proactively flag real estate opportunities arising from occupier expansion plans. Submit an occupier mapping database, meeting tracker, market insight decks, and a final comprehensive report on the Chennai office demand outlook.
