EIC Intern - Capital Markets

EIC Intern - Capital Markets is a hands-on internship in Frankfurt supporting the Transaction Management team. Responsibilities include buyside and sellside transaction support, preparing documentation and coordinating project steps, developing and maintaining transaction data rooms, creating marketing materials, pitches and presentations with in-house design, contributing to cash-flow models, underwriting tasks and basic financial analyses, performing portfolio, scenario and sensitivity analyses, and participating in client meetings, property viewings, and internal discussions. The role involves market research across asset classes and collaboration with experienced consultants to learn real transaction processes. Candidates are currently studying Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields and should have strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint) and excellent written and verbal communication in German and English, with a proactive, motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
